Join us to raise awareness for mast cell diseases on 20 October annually.
The designation “Mastocytosis and Mast Cell Diseases Awareness Day” was chosen by an international group of patient charities to honour both the historical significance and evolving understanding of mast cell diseases.
Mastocytosis was the first identified mast cell disease. Including “”Mast Cell Diseases”” in our name acknowledges Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and the genetic trait Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia (HaT).
Our awareness day highlights the entire spectrum of mast cell diseases. It works to ensure that all individuals affected by mast cell diseases receive the support and recognition they deserve.
