Stephie

  • Switzerland

“Dealing with this is not always easy.”

Living with mast cell disease can mean navigating the gap between what you want to do and what your body will allow. For Stephie, connecting with others who understand that experience makes a difference.

Unnoticeable. Unmistakable.

When your mind wants more than your body can manage

“I have such an active mind. I’m full of ideas, adventurous and sociable. But I’m stuck in a body that shows me my limits almost every day, slows me down or even goes on strike. Dealing with this is not always easy. The people around me “understand” my situation, but only other affected people can understand what that really means, thats why I’m grateful about SELMAS.”

Every story matters. Share yours.

Like Stephie, many people living with mastocytosis, MCAS and other mast cell diseases face challenges that others may not see or understand.

By sharing your experience, you can help raise awareness, build understanding and remind others that they are not alone.

Your story deserves to be heard.
